In 1999, 17-year-old Felicia Ruiz was brutally murdered. One of her killers, Lisa Huerta, is now up for parole, a prospect that deeply wounds Felicia's family. Justice demands Huerta serve her full sentence.
Please sign this petition to urge the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles to DENY parole to murderer Huerta.
Early release would be an insult to Felicia's memory and a betrayal of her family's enduring pain.
